Our guided meditation sessions will help you explore both objective and subjective meditation practices. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for a while, these sessions will guide you through techniques that help you connect more deeply with the inner mind. These sessions will be offered at a reasonable investment, reflecting the value and support provided. In these sessions, we’ll start with the basics—focusing your attention outward, learning to quiet distractions, and settling the mind. As we go deeper, we’ll shift focus inward and practice self-inquiry, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings in a more personal, introspective way. We’ll also cover the different stages of meditation, helping you recognize the signs that arise as you go deeper into your practice. You’ll learn how to identify the subtle shifts that occur on the path toward Samadhi—the pure stillness of the self. Our live sessions will give you the chance to ask questions and get guidance in real-time so that you will have the tools and support you need to deepen your meditation practice.
