Thank you for choosing Veda Sage LLC for your Vedanta learning journey. We are committed to providing a high-quality, enriching experience through our courses, books, mentoring sessions, and guided meditations. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Courses and Mentoring Services

​

Once you have purchased a course or 1-on-1 mentoring session, we understand that you may have concerns about your decision. Here’s how we handle refunds:

  • Courses: Due to the digital nature of our courses, all course sales are final. Once you have gained access to the content (whether through a download or login), we do not offer refunds, as the content is immediately accessible and cannot be returned.

  • 1-on-1 Mentoring: For mentoring sessions, we offer a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule a session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the session, no refund will be provided.

  • Series or Packages: If you have purchased a series of mentoring sessions or a package, we do not provide refunds for unused sessions after the first session has been delivered. If you wish to cancel a package, please notify us in writing, and we will stop further charges.

 

2. Books and Digital Products

For books, eBooks, or any other digital products you purchase:

  • Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Audio): Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for any downloadable content. Once the digital content has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered, and no refunds will be provided.

 

3. Guided Meditation Sessions

  • Pre-recorded Meditations: These are non-refundable, as they are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase.

  • Live Meditation Sessions: If you book a live meditation session and are unable to attend, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before the session to receive a refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In some exceptional circumstances, we may offer a full refund or an exchange for services if you feel that the quality of the service provided does not meet the description or your expectations, provided that you reach out to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will require proof of the issue you encountered (e.g., issues with course content, technical difficulties).

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us via email at vedasages@gmail.com. Be sure to include the following details in your request:

  • Your order number or invoice ID

  • The reason for your refund request

  • Any relevant supporting details (e.g., booking information, damage photos)

Once we receive your request, we will respond within 3-5 business days to confirm the status of your refund.

 

6. Payment and Billing

All payments for our courses, ebooks, mentoring, and sessions are processed via PayPal. Please ensure that you understand the payment terms before completing your purchase.
